We understand that unexpected events can occur in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair and respectful to both our clients and service providers, we ask that the following policy be honored:
 

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.
 

If your appointment history includes two no-shows or same-day cancellations, we reserve the right to decline future services or require prepayment for future appointments.

If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may need to be shortened in order to accommodate guests whose appointments follow yours.
 

Depending on how late you arrive, your stylist or service provider will determine whether there is enough time remaining to begin your service.
 

Out of respect and consideration for your provider and other guests, we kindly ask that you plan accordingly and arrive on time.
